My iPhone 3GS

Create a ringtone become painful everytime iphone update to new OS. before OS 3.0 make a ringtone easy as rename the .mp3 extension file to .m4r. i keep searching the way to make a ringtone about a week and now i found the easiest way.

There is application on iphone that give you free ringtone.



Install this application to your iphone and follow the guide given. please note that this ringtone cannot save directly to your iphone because you need to download it via email and sync it on itunes.



For new iphone user, update this phone is pain, not easy as others phone,just transfer to memory card.

the other way is create by yourself. There is software on net. and i found one, xilisoft iphone ringtone maker



Just import the sound file and edit it. note that your output size is around 32 sec. i already try more than 50 sec, and it cannot be detect on itunes sync.

This software is not freeware. this is very nice software. it not that you can directly transfer to your iphone without itunes syncing, so far i didnt test this method.

although there already cracked on torrent, i suggest to all buy this software to support their hard work. at more important, it is illegal create ringtone from registered song. you may sue by the owner. :)

this software support OS 3.0 and 3.1.

03 october 2009:

2 day ago i got phone call from Klang Maxis centre that told me to pickup my headset. as i write before, my bass sound got buzzy sound and i sent ti maxis centre for warranty.

Today i come to the centre and what i got is new headset, and lousy as before the give me the headset for iphone 3g, not iphone 3gs that i purchase. so what i need is one more waiting time.

my problem before:
1. order for iphone 3gs 16Gb, got iphone 3gs 32Gb
2. pay more RM200, after i use my phone a week. they claim i not fully paid the pakage. (i think their staff not well train and miss the caclculation)

i wonder others have same problem with me. i think Maxis is not good carrier for iphone because of their staff.

apple inc should give the iphone to other courier in malaysia.

all we need is waiting... even now waiting time for purchasing is 45 day (before 30day).
